Protecting your credit/debit card details when buying online

We do not store or have access to any of your card details. We use the well known secure on-line payment system PayPal to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. We have chosen PayPal because of their excellent reputation for security.

Refunds

If you can not fish on your selected day you can Contact Us at least 24 hours prior to your selected day and we will reissue your ticket for a future date within 7 days. You can also request a refund. Tickets are only valid for the selected day, refunds or reissues are not available for tickets on the day or once the fishing date is passed. Exceptions to this are at our discretion. Please allow 5 days for refunds and reissues, although we should always be able to act much more quickly.

Cookies

This website stores a cookie on your web browser in order to assist your use of the website. You will need to enable cookies on your web browser in order to use some parts of our website. We also use cookies to better understand our customers, how they find us on the web, which pages they look at and what sort of device they are using to visit our website, e.g. mobile phone or desktop computer. We do this through the use of Google Analytics.

Payment

Payment can only be accepted in pounds sterling. Credit/Debit card payments are processed by PayPal through their secure pages. We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card details. All credit and debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer when you place an order. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay. We reserve to change our policies, the rules and term conditions at any time. This may mean limiting fishing in the event of a pandemic or changing rules to meet challenges as they arise.

Coupon usage

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms and validity of coupons at any time. Only coupons issued by us are valid on this site. Coupons have no monetary value. Vouchers/gift certificates Our gift vouchers are valid for a year and are non-refundable.

VAT

We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT on any of our sales.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods/services supplied by Malleny Angling Ltd to the customer. Malleny Angling Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Malleny Angling Ltd cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including account details or details you provide us when accessing or ordering. Malleny Angling Ltd will not be liable to you or in breach of contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control. We accept no liability for injury or damage to possessions whilst visiting the reservoirs.
